Our Future-Focused Leadership Experience for on Senior Leaders has been designed to equip leaders with the future-focused skills necessary for them to lead as translators, integrators, and contributors of the organizational strategy and culture.

Gain the foresight and influence to lead complex, long-term performance shifts across multiple contexts.
Participants who complete the three courses will become a Certified Future-Focused Leader and recognized for their ability to lead performance journeys.
Initial leadership assessment & discovery session to clarify leadership context and learning objectives.
3-Day in-person, immersive experience with a cross-section of senior leaders learning, practicing, and growing together.
STRAAD Faculty to facilitate and guide the journey with seasoned Future-Focused Leaders in the room to share real-life stories and experiences.
Follow-up executive coachingto debrief the experience and focus on application into context and integration of concepts into one’s own leadership practice.

We also know that HR leaders often need support in clarifying their leadership development strategies in moments of strategic change, growth, and transformation.

Individuals may emerge from our multi-day experiences and wish to deepen their leadership practice. As we look ahead, we will be developing an immersive designation program that focuses on the practice of leadership that will be offered to those who want to understand and strengthen leadership as a discipline in varied contexts and environments.
