We begin with a conversation to understand the leader’s context and performance goals. This sets the foundation for a customized engagement.
Leader Assessment
Using STRAAD’s proprietary performance frameworks, we assess how the leader is showing up across four core domains – Character, Competence, Capability, and Connection. This helps identify where leadership strengths are supporting or constraining performance and outcomes.
Customized Coaching Plan
We co-design a context-specific plan that’s strategically sequenced and adaptive. It outlines priorities, goals, and how we’ll track progress across the engagement.
Coaching Sessions
Each session blends strategic clarity, leadership development, and performance action. These are designed to help the leader activate themselves and their system in real time. Sessions happen virtually or in person, based on what best supports the work.
Debrief and Integration
